Talented keeper Tom McHale signs with Future Global Sports

Future Global Sports is delighted to announce that Tom McHale has appointed us to act as his representatives.

McHale, 21, is a talented young goalkeeper currently on loan at Weymouth FC from Truro City, where he has been highlighted as one of the best young keepers in non-league.

The stopper began his career at Bodmin Town. At Truro he made 12 appearances in the National League South last season and another 14 in 2016/17 before a loan move to Weymouth FC in December.

There McHale has been outstanding, showing why he is tipped to move up through the leagues very quickly with a string of quality performances.

“He has been excellent in coming for his crosses and his attitude has been fantastic," Weymouth manager Jason Matthews has said.
“He has been a breath of fresh air and he has got some drive and that is good to see in a young lad. It has been nice to go out, do a little bit of work with him and see his hunger. Even when he is warming up, he works really hard.”

"He can make world-class saves," his manager Lee Hodges commented last season.

At Future Global Sports we are committed to working with and helping develop the best young talents, and Tom certainly fits into that category. The hard work starts now, but we're delighted to welcome Tom to the FGS family.
